Creatures: Murgatranthes
Silrathus (shortform Ratu) is an ontos; a kind of demon. His powers are thunder and fire.
Silrathus currently usually goes by 'he', because the last demon-summoner to employ him just assumed he was male and referred to him as such. Before that, Ratu usually went by female pronouns. It's all the same to him, though; call him what you like. (Ontos pronouns are weird in general.) In his own language, his gender would be called seml.
Watchpoints:
Most pedre-ontos are really proud of their thunder, but Silrathus secretly prefers his fire and would rather be a pure fire demon. (He wouldn't admit that, though - that'd be social suicide on the level of admitting you want to shag your sister.)
Silrathus is a stoical and 'politely rude' individual - he tends to give clipped and brusque responses. His typical mood is either neutral or gently irritated with the world in general. He's reliable and dependable, loyal to his friends and faithful to his summoners. As long as you're not going out of your way to be a guffbeak, Ratu is quite easy to get along with, if not easy to like.
He is a gemcutter by trade and an alchemist by hobby, and shares a house with Murgatranthes [q.v.]. He has three pet vaactics [q.v., eventually - think of them as demon rats for now] called Thebel, Exil and Arqa. He bought Thebel as a miner's canary for his alchemy lab, then became fond of the little creature, moved her to his house and bought her a couple of little friends. Silrathus now considers himself a fan of small beasts, and they seem to quite like him too.
Ratu enjoys fruit, insects, fudge and other sweets, and whisky.
Ratu usually wears long or 3/4 length trousers or skirts. He has no piercings - he's very averse to pain and hasn't had any body mods (including the removal of his tusks, which most tusked pedre-ontos submit to). When he does wear jewellery, it's usually yellow metals with yellow stones. He sometimes paints his horns gold.
